Tyson the Great Puppy!!! He is our little miracle puppy! He has survived the dreaded distemper virus and is a happy, bouncy, loving puppy now! This little guy has had a rough start to life, so now he deserves to be pampered and spoiled rotton...well, maybe not rotten! Tyson has been in a foster home for a couple months now and has received the absolute best care, including many trips down to a specialty vet in San Diego. Tyson is about 11-months old now and although we don't know what breed he is, he looks like a hound dog ;-) Tyson enjoys playing with other dogs and is a frequent visitor and star of his local dog park.

Tyson does have some special needs because of his battle of distemper. He may always have some weakness in his right leg, which as you can see from his movie below...doesn't stop him from being extremely active at the doggie park, beach, etc. He has a tic (twitch) in his right hind leg...basically he looks like he's keeping a beat or dancing all the time (We think a good nickname would be "Sir-Bounce-A-Lot"!)

If you are looking for two dogs, Tyson's best friend and roommate is our Labradoodle...Dolly! They play ball, tug-o-war, and wrestle with each other constantly :-)
